EVA hot and cold molding machines are widely used in the production of high-end footwear. This technique allows the creation of intricate and aesthetic surface patterns through a heat-soften and cold-press cycle, enhancing the visual appeal and premium feel of the final product. Notably, these machines are compatible with innovative materials such as popcorn-style expanded particles (e.g., E-TPU), enabling direct molding of full soles or insoles that combine elasticity, eco-friendliness, and unique texture.
Our newly developed EVA hot and cold press machine is designed to replace the traditional combination of hot-pressing and cold-pressing, killing two birds with one stone. The machine features an automatic upper-heating and lower-cooling circulation system for each station, requiring only one single worker to operate, significantly reducing labor cost and workload.
Every station is equipped with an independent vacuum hood system to enhance pressing power and reduce defective rate.
